Pikku Kakkosen leikkipuisto is a central playground in the Old Town of Savonlinna, right next to Olavinlinna Castle. It is one of the city's most popular family stops. The park is fenced so even the smallest children have a safe space to play. The equipment includes a ship structure, a maze, slides, climbing frames and a sandbox with shared sand toys, suiting both toddlers and primary-school kids. A sandy swimming beach with changing rooms and piers sits directly next to the play area, and an ice cream kiosk operates on the grounds during summer. Its location beside Olavinlinna Castle and the Riihisaari museum makes it a natural stop on a city-centre walk.
