Kiviniitty Animal Park

An animal park located in Mouhijärvi, Sastamala, along Highway 11 about 45 kilometers from Tampere. The park has nearly forty animal species and about 200 animals, and specialties include the zebu bull, guanacos, rheas, reindeer, peacocks, wild boars, a fox, roe deer, swans, ostriches, and mouflons. Familiar farm animals such as sheep and calves can be petted and fed with grass. Children are offered lead pony rides as well as trampolines, a bouncy castle, pedal cars, trailer rides, a playground, and a fast zip line. The area has a summer café and several grill shelters for own snacks, equipped with firewood, a griddle, and a microwave. A popular summer outing destination for the whole family.
