Kaarina Traffic Park

Kaarinan liikennepuisto sits in the Hovirinta park close to the beach, and is aimed at children under 12. Free pedal cars are available along with supervising staff who help kids learn road rules. Children under 6 may only drive with a parent. Helmets are required for everyone, and visitors are recommended to bring their own for hygiene reasons. Outside the operating season, the area can be used with a personal bike or scooter. The same park grounds also include a fenced playground for small and big children, fitness equipment for adults and a public toilet. An ice-cream kiosk is nearby, and Hovirinta beach is right next door, making the spot work as a longer summer-day outing. A spacious parking area sits next to the park.
