Ransupuisto

A fenced artificial turf playground in the centre of Pirkkala, its play equipment created in the spirit of a well-known children's author's fairy tales. The park is named after a dog character familiar from a children's television programme, and a bronze statue of it has been raised there. Local children once took part in designing the park, which still shows in its warm-hearted character. The site suits pre-school children best, and the well-balanced whole makes it pleasant for longer play too. Good bus connections and a central location make the park easy to reach.
