Sankila Manor

A manor owned by the municipality of Pirkkala on the shore of Lake Pyhäjärvi near the Rajasalmi bridges. The location is about three kilometers from Pirkkala center. The manor houses a petting zoo, a riding school, and a party and meeting venue. The petting zoo is open during the summer season, and its residents are the farm's horses, sheep, rabbits, a pig, chickens, and a donkey. The former Reippi farm animals have moved here. A bistro with serving rights operates in the area, and the menu includes, among other things, lamb and smoked salmon burgers. During the summer, garden concerts are organized at the manor, and the venue is also suitable for family celebrations and corporate events.
