Ahvenispuisto

A fenced playground on the shore of Lake Ahvenisjärvi in central Hervanta, among the most popular in the area. A standout feature is a hanging slide track that brings a rush to the stomach despite its short length. The yard offers a double tower with two slides, a carousel, varied swings and a sandbox for the youngest. A petanque court and table tennis sit right next door, and an outdoor sports area with playing fields and outdoor gym equipment operates about fifty metres away. Shade-giving trees make the park pleasant on hot days, and walking trails circling the lake invite a longer outing.
