Viherkallio Community Park

A community park in the Viherlaakso district of Espoo, a meeting place for pre-school children and the parents caring for them at home. In the mornings families can meet others at the park, with either a guided session or self-directed activity on the programme. Outdoors there are swings, a slide and a sandbox, and indoors a play hall is available for families. Separate groups gather too, including a club for small children and a baby group for infants. Activities are free and require no advance registration. Good bus and train connections make arrival effortless, and the yard is open for play outside opening hours too.
