Gallträsk Playground

A Kauniainen city playground on the northeastern shore of Gallträsk lake, combining play with a scenic lakeside setting. The yard has a slide, a smaller slide for toddlers, a flying-carpet swing, a carousel, a spring rocker, a sandbox, a play boat, a balance course and other balance equipment. An old outdoor fitness corner sits next door and is a favourite with many kids. A walking and running path circles the lake, just the right length for a loop with a pre-schooler, and rowing boats are available to rent from the shore in summer. Plenty of benches make picnic stops easy.
