Painija Eino Leino Park

A play and local exercise park near Lake Kallavesi in the Saaristokaupunki area of Kuopio, named after a Kuopio-born Olympic wrestler. Besides play equipment the area has an artificial-turf sand field and outdoor fitness equipment, and in winter a skating rink is in use. An accessible entrance makes the park easy to reach for all visitors. Its location in a new, leafy residential area near the lake brings its own atmosphere to the surroundings.
