Pikku Kakkonen Playground

Pikku Kakkonen Playground is a well-known outdoor playground in central Tampere alongside the Hämeenpuisto park, built around the characters of the Finnish children's TV programme Pikku Kakkonen. The park features colourful character-themed climbing structures, slides, swings, sandboxes and spring riders. It is best suited to children aged 1–8, with low play equipment for the smallest visitors. The ground is covered with a soft safety surface and benches around the area provide seating for parents. The playground is free to use. Its central location along the Hämeenpuisto promenade makes it an easy break stop during a walking tour of the city centre.
