Linnunrata Playground

Leikkipuisto Linnunrata is a Helsinki playground set on the historic Hannusas farm, unusual for its rural feel right inside the city. The grounds include upper and lower yards, play equipment, a paddling pool sized for children, a sports pitch, a fireplace hut and an old barn. The main building has a play room and kitchen for warming up your own food. The fireplace hut is open to walkers and visitors when staff are on site. In winter the lower yard is flooded into a skating rink. Tapanila train station is about a nine-minute walk away.
