Kurranummi Playground

Leikkipuisto Kurranummi is a City of Helsinki playground in the Tapanila district on Kotinummentie, about two kilometres from Malmi station. The park serves children from babies to primary-school age and operates both indoors and outdoors year-round. The yard offers sandboxes, swings and climbing frames, a separate fenced area for the smallest children, a basketball hoop, a ping-pong table and a floorball pitch. A wading pool opens in summer and a skating rink is set up in winter. Indoor facilities host park activities, children's clubs, summer camps and after-school care for primary pupils. The entrance has a ramp and the access route is level, making stroller access easy.
