Salpausselkä Playground

A guided playground near good transport links in the Pihlajisto district of Helsinki. The site is a place for play, movement and meeting for families with babies and children year-round, indoors and out. The yard has sandboxes, swings and climbing frames plus a separate fenced area for the youngest, and in summer a wading pool is in use. There are also floorball equipment and play options. In the mornings guided activities are organised for families, and schoolchildren have their own activities in the afternoons. A lively and communal local park visited by plenty of players every day.
