Sanna Playground

A renewed and nature-themed playground on the edge of Central Park in the Länsi-Pasila district of Helsinki, part of its grounds forested and rocky. A fenced versatile area for small children and a large climbing frame serve children of different ages, and the frame is not too demanding for younger ones either. A water-play area replaces the old paddling pool, and a play area beside the rock suits basketball for example. The park also has a fitness point for adults. The shady and green setting makes the site pleasant, and indoor facilities are found nearby in the ground floor of an apartment building. Horse paddocks are within walking distance, adding something extra to a visit.
